Lazy days in the sunshine in Australia.

We have had some lovely days here in the sunshine. At the moment we are on Hamilton Island and having a very warm time. It is 30 + degrees here how and we are feeling it. There are almost no cars on the island only golf carts, even the police drive around in one. It is a busy resort and there are hundreds of golf carts everywhere. There are also cockatoos flying around, they land on our balcony and if you leave your door open they will trash your room.

Today we went out on a catamaran with Cruise Whitsundays to Whitehaven Beach on Whitsunday Island and had the morning there. We swam, built some sandcastles and played cricket. There was a lady there from Reef Safari who walked around and took pictures so we had her take a few of us. When you are on a trip like this it is difficult to get all of you in one shot so it is nice when someone else does it for you.

Tomorrow we are having the day off and then the day after that we are out on a catamaran again to do another snorkelling tour on the Great Barrier Reef.

It is lovely not to have too much planned. The days go so fast these days and soon this adventure is going to end.

Stephen has accepted a job back in Stavanger, it is for a different company than before but same town. So, this week we have been super busy every evening after Henry has fallen asleep trying to find a place to live, a school, cars and a new bed for Henry.

We have 2 weeks left in in Australia then we are off to Bali. In Bali waits friends, wine and great dinners 😊
