We are in Melbourne, Australia at the moment. The flight left at 07.15 yesterday morning so we arrived in Melbourne by 10. And can you believe it but it is cold! What! It better be warm and nice when we go up the coast.
We left New Zealand behind after doing everything we could possibly do! It was such an action filled holiday. It started off with the Hobbits, swing bridges, Maori and haka, geysers, prawn fishing, swimming with sharks, birdwatching, boat rides, horse-riding, helicopter rides, hiking, doing loop the loops, been rained on (a lot), seen beautiful landscapes, seen waterfalls, lots of different animals (seals, penguins, sharks, stingrays, dolphins and lots of birds.) we skydived and we finished off with doing some lugeing. (a sort of go carting)
It has been amazing! I have really enjoyed it and Stephen and Henry have as well. It is such a great country, the people are friendly, the food is good and the sun came out now and then. There is so much to do and you can spend a fortune doing all the crazy action things under the sun.
Here are some pictures from our days here.
All three of us went rafting.
The boys had a snowball fight up at a glacier.
We are going to Tasmania tomorrow. I will write what we have done so far in Melbourne later.
